 - Step-by-step video clips of a trained technician demostrating and explaining how to use the equipment.
- A hands-on demonstration and an in-store review available.
- Our technical trainer will work hand-in-hand with the appropriate service associates to make sure the new equipment has been clearly explained.
- We physically demonstrate and coach them on the recommended processes as well as answer any pertinent questions.
- We have developed “Do-it-Right” and equipment user manuals to clearly explained each procedure.
- Classroom and web-based technical training can be utilized for reinforcement of the process and employee certification.
